No visa's. BC/BE Hospitalist needed. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered. Candidates (in practice) that have an inconsistent work history will not be considered (at least 6-8 years with each facility they have worked at). Must be licensed in texas or eligible.
Open 25 bed ICU (includes MI, SI, CCU) 3 Teams going to a 4th 12 hour shifts 15-20 Patients per day Flexible Weekend/Holiday schedule (NOT a 7 on 7 off cycle) 15-20 shifts per month (you decide) 62,000 ER admissions per year (10%-12% admission rate) 200,000 hospital admissions per year Patient load consists of 16 years and up Attractive hourly rate (avg. $122/hr) Incentive Payout for patient load and discharges Contract Execution payment Relocation Payment Residency Stipend Student Loan repayment
